The only downside I see to this marina is that there are no water hookups. But I can survive a weekend on 40 gallons...if I keep the wife out of the shower :)

There is now 1 less slip available that weekend. Still good availability.

Yes, we have used this marina several times. When we pull into Milwaukee Harbor we generally head to McKinley Marina for fuel and fill the water tank.
 
I just booked slip 6. When time gets closer, lets book dinner at Harbor House when we know who will be there. Friday or Saturday night.
 
Good stuff. My fam and I will be there on Friday, staying 2 nights. Timing will depend on the weather, we're hoping for a smooth sail across the lake.

I'll be in slip #4.

I will have three kids in tow (10 and under) so if the dinner spot is shirt & tie, I'll have to miss it. I have a rather strictly enforced flip-flops only policy when I'm on vacation :)

Not sure I will have a crew to bring the boat up... but at worst I can drive up for dinner.

Steve, depending on arrival times, you could have a bunch of us ready as dock hands to assist if you come alone. Mike

A lot of things can delay the air show so they won’t post specific times, like fog or low clouds. We were there two years ago and the fog was insane, I almost hit the coast guard ship, he was sitting right in front of North entrance to the Harbor. Visibility was about 50ft.
 
Just heard on the news that the cherry festival is gone for this year will be back 7/3/21.
 
I will be super bummed if they cancel the airshow. My family is reallllly really looking forward to crossing the lake to see the Blue Angels. Ughh.....
 
i think a lot of things will be cancelled. Grand Haven fireworks are next up for discussion, along with the Coast Guard Festival.
Will be tough to go anywhere if stores/restaurants/etc. are still closed. Praying that's not the case!!!!
