Finally got tired of this cabin door being hard to open. Thought I’d post these pics for the next guy.
Remove side panel that covers the side speakers so you can get to caulking.
Basically I took a razor knife and cut all the caulking on the left side panel that hides the door when open.
Removed 2 screws on top side of that panel.
Remove screws behind carpet in storage compartment.
I had to remove the bolt that attaches the handrail. Had to remove the little light in cabin and hole saw a 3” hole to access that bolt.
Removed the panel.
Removed screws from top and bottom track.
Lifted door up and slid tracks off.
Removed door.
Replace hardware. Clean track.
Slide tracks on door and set the door with the tracks on it. Takes help.
Lubricate the top track. I used 2-4-c cause it was handy
Bottom track doesn’t need lube because of the rollers.
Reassemble the remainder and recaulk. I replaced the cabin light with a larger one to cover the hole.

Definitely a pain but not as bad as anticipated. Door is super smooth now.

Great job. Its my next project. Are the three items in your shopping cart all you needed for your job? Where did you order them from. Thanks for the post.
