There are long wood screws (about 3-4") the screw in the front fascia board. The screw end have tape covering the heads. Remove the two screws and the microwave will slide out...

My microwave, the Sylvania one on the 340, still works for heating things, but the center stud that the glass turntable sits on was missing when I bought the boat, so it doesn't turn, and so it's uneven heating. Has anyone found a place to get replacement parts like that little piece? Only things I've found on line were replacement glass turntables, but not the thing they sit on that's connected to the motor. Thanks!
