Good luck and welcome aboard.

Got any coring issues your tackling?

Thanks Rcon, fortunately everything checks out ok, so no coring issues yet.

I didnt actually look at that part, thought of, but didnt. Though judging by the depth of the track and the height the glass sits up. I doubt that it hass rollers fitted, i would have thought just a slide.

Brandon,
Yes, the top hatch sits on sliders that glide in the plastic C-track. My C-track cracked and I couldn't find replacement. I used annodized aluminum C-track I found on www.mcmaster.com. The P/N I used was 6723K11 & 6723K2. They are holdong up great. I boat on fresh water.

How long are the tracks you ordered? Mine are completely gone so I don't know what length to get.

I used one piece, length of 1500 mm and cut it in half. When installing, there should be a screw hole on the dash nearest windshield for the end of each track. This is were the endstop secures the hatch from sliding off and marks end of track. 4 tab washers, one each end of each track were screwed to track to act as end stops. IanBat's photo shows one of these tab washers closest to the entry way, starboard side near helm. I will be going to my boat in the next few months and I'll try to remember to take photos.
