fuel sending unit

Could someone send me instructions on changing the port side fuel tank, sending unit and the part number for the sending unit

I've had a continual issue with water getting into the gas tank since I've purchased the boat. I haven't been able to run it due to the alarm continually being on so it's kept me from using the boat. I've completely emptied the gas out of the tank two times and then water goes right back in...
