Does anyone know what the combined weight of the 240 and trailer is with fuel, etc?

The cottage is on a lake. We loved the 390 - there is not one negative thing I could say about the boat. Our boating season is too short up here, so we decided a cottage would give us year round enjoyment. We don't plan on trailering the boat.

I just sold my 390 DA and am looking for my next boat. Trying to decide between a 220 or 240 or 260 Sundeck. This would be used as a cottage boat for tubing/skiing/short cruises. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for all the advice so far. What are the thoughts from our American neighbors. Is there any real chance of you guys shopping for this type of boat up here in Toronto? Is there enough supply in the "States" to keep you guys happy? I'm just trying to see if my chances are better at...

Around 140 hours, white hull/black canvas, hardtop, bow thruster, 8.1L Mercs., loaded in excellent condition. Fresh water boat! The Admiral is "done" with boating for now.

We have decided to size down from our 2005 390 DA to a 220 or 240 Sundeck. We have gone through 3 new Sea Rays in the last 4 years by trading in at the dealer, but this time things are different. Downsizing through a dealer is not as easy - go figure. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the marina load test the batteries. All 6 failed and need replacing. Thanks.

Problem solved. The fitting on the water tank that leads to the pump intake was cracked. So, the pump was sucking air and water. Replaced fitting and all is well again. Thanks to all.

We are in Orillia at Hot Knots.

My cruise speed is between 20 and 25 MPH at 3200 - 3500 rpm. Gas @ 32-36 GPH I think. I have the 8.1 Horizons 370 hp not the HO.

We have been going up to Midland for the last few years for the Sea Ray Rendez Vous. We plan on going up to The Waubic or Driftwood Cove soon. Let me know when you are heading this way again. Peter

I have a 2005 390 gas. It's the exact same as the new 40DA without the hard door for the mid cabin. Excellent boat - no regrets.
