You cannot believe how hard this was. I did get a E-mail from someone who had pulled the screws through the plywood. Since the plywood was still in good shape and no dry rot, I went to the trouble of removing the screws. Not Fun at all. I will post photos of the process later this week.
I have finally decided to spend $1800.00 to recover the seats above the cabin. I am having trouble finding the screws holding the back rest of the passenger lounge seat.

Most of the canvas on my SD 250 is in good shape however the zippers on the top are corroded and unuseable. I have searched the web and found replacements. Has any owner tried to use replacements and do they work?

My 250 sundancer had the same problem. Simply remove the gasket and old screen from the inside using a firm even pull. Tight fit but it will come out if someone has not used glue ETC. Don't remove any screws unless you have a leaking porthole.
