You cannot believe how hard this was. I did get a E-mail from someone who had pulled the screws through the plywood. Since the plywood was still in good shape and no dry rot, I went to the trouble of removing the screws. Not Fun at all. I will post photos of the process later this week.

Actually the stiching and zipper teeth are in excellent condition. It is only the sliders that were bad.

My 250 sundancer had the same problem. Simply remove the gasket and old screen from the inside using a firm even pull. Tight fit but it will come out if someone has not used glue ETC. Don't remove any screws unless you have a leaking porthole. BTW The previous owner had tried to replace the...
