Sundancer 250 removing the seats for recover

I have finally decided to spend $1800.00 to recover the seats above the cabin. I am having trouble finding the screws holding the back rest of the passenger lounge seat.

The back side of the rest is in the cabin, and looks like it is behind a carpeted panel I cannot get to budge.

Anyone tackled this before? Suggestion would be appreciated.

You cannot believe how hard this was. I did get a E-mail from someone who had pulled the screws through the plywood. Since the plywood was still in good shape and no dry rot, I went to the trouble of removing the screws. Not Fun at all. I will post photos of the process later this week.
