I own a 1997 420 Aft and I'm in the process of changing out the old batteries for new. Is there a trick to this endeavor or is it just using armstrong technology. A little help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Just had a sea trial completed and starboard Diesel engine has leaking water pump. Should I deduct a certain amount from the purchase price or should I have the owner fix it. I was thinking along a $2800 deduction and I would foot the bill for what ever was wrong. What would you do?? Thank you...
