Thanks for all of the comments.. I painted all the way to where the boat sits on the trailer... I was going to paint the entire hull but not too keene on laying under a heavy boat while its hoisted up on chains haha! I used heavy duty single stage omni acrylic automotive paint, I pull it out...

Yea I put the 17 pitch on and it jumps right out of the hole now and turns about 4200-4300.. I need my carb rebuilt and then I think I'll be right were I should be! Its crazy how much of a difference that prop made!!

so according to the table on sea ray I should be running a 17 pitch... I was always told never to take the rpms pat 4k but its saying WOT should be 4600! I'll try that out and see what happens

no way haha she's not a very big fan lol but I had the boat before she came along!

haha thats the name of my boat! lol but motor runs super strong and puts out 260hp... has always stayed at 3800 rpms even with the old motor...
