Want to make sure a 36' building is deep enough for a 250 DA on a trailer with the outdrive up? Seems like it should be, but just thought I'd ask to be sure.

My oil filter is down under on the side of the engine. Very little space. Have a hard enough time getting my arms down there to reach it let alone bring a filter full of oil up out of there. I put a bunch of paper towels down first. Any better way?

I'd suggest just going right to the 240 or 250 size boats. I think if you go to a 215 then your just going to end up wanting to move up again. With a growing family of 4 I don't think a 215 size will give you the room that you want. A few posts above Anderson states that they don't have any...

I agree, sounds like a load of BS. Aside from 24 pitch what was your original prop - aluminum or stainless? And what did he "replace" it with? If you liked the way the boat ran before and it was pulling it's rated rpm's, I'd want the original prop replaced.
