I went to replace my starter this afternoon and found out that my starter was only mounted in with one stud bolt. Come to find out the other one has been broken off at the threads. WoW!! Can my local sea ray dealer back this out and retap it so the starter will be mounted correctly????

I ordered the taylor made center windshield for my 180 sport and didn't get the small rubber bushing for it to rest on when it is fully open to rest on. Any ideas where I might can pick one up?

Fixed it! The power wire running to the starter broke off. The metal ring end had snapped off some how. Like when you bend metal back and forth it finally snaps. Crazy!! Always something new!! lol Still need to figure out why the bilge pump runs off and on every 5min

No leak...dry as it can be in the rear/engine compartment! I think it has become a electrical issue. I guess I am just going to have to take it in to a mechanic to track down.

The bilge pump is still kicking on every 5min and running for 3-4sec. and cutting off. If the battery was totally dead I wouldn't think the bilge pump would still run. I dont know if the float is exactly sticking. Because the bilge pump kicks on like every 5min and runs for 3-4sec then kicks off. I would think if the float was sticking it would continuously run and stay on??
