Her birthday was tuesday,wednsday her hubby took her to hospital.She had been pretty much sleeping for two days.That hospital sent her to another one and they in turn sent her to Traverse City Munson med center.So far they say she is the worst case of enimia ever brought in,they have done blood tranfusions,a liver biopsy and a spinal tap on her tailbone to get marrow for testing.We wont know any results except for the liver was fine and the white count was lowest ever seen there.They threw bone marrow cancer on the table for a possibility and that seems to be what they are looking for.She is mostly disoriented and in pain from the biopsy and the tap but my other sis said she was a little more responsive after the transfusion.Thanks Glen

Thank you everyone,the prognosis came in today,acute myloid leukemia.They say two weeks without chemo.She is undergoing first treatment at this moment ,the dr's dont give any percentages with chemo as they dont know if it will work and say 4-6 weeks before it will be noticable.She is in a clean room now as she has no immune system left.This really sucks.Glen
 
Can we do anything to help your family?

Wow...that's really hard news for everyone involved. Praying for the chemo to work and for complete recovery.
