    how to choose a broker

I eventually listed the boat with HMY Yacht Sales. They have a very comprehensive web site and numerous offices along the East Coast. This particular broker knows Sea Rays very well, and has won numerous sales awards over the years. Also, he was thorough and easy to work with. Here's what...

    how to choose a broker

If, by sell short, you mean sell for less than I owe, then that's exactly what I expect to do. Because, I want to move on.

    how to choose a broker

Today I went to the HMY Yacht Sales web site and was impressed with the layout and completeness of the listings. So I stopped by, and was introduced to their Sea Ray specialist. I showed him 20 pictures that I had taken. He liked most of them, and suggested some more that we could take...

    how to choose a broker

I have decided to sell my 1999 310 Sundancer. I am what the brokers refer to as a “motivated seller”. I am trying to decide between the following three kinds of brokers: Marine Max dealer brokerage 25 miles away Broker A – small size local operation with business contacts in South...

Engine temp fluctuates - RWC 350 MAG MPI

    >> How're your water intake stuff (scoop strainer, seastreiner, impeller)? << The boat was just launched after service. Scoop and sea treainer clear. Impeller is a year old, with about 40 hrs on it. Exhaust water discharge is normal looking, as good as the other engine. >> When does the...

Engine temp fluctuates - RWC 350 MAG MPI

I just had some engine service which included replacing thermostats and all water hoses on both raw water cooled V-drive engines. The thermostats are rated to open at 160 deg. Now the port engine won't hold a constant temp at low RPMs. The gauge varies back and forth between 170 and about 185...

    Official (1998-2002) 310 Sundancer Thread

The support that I have is like a telescopic tent pole. It stands vertically from the engine hatch up through a grommet in the cover. It has a thumb screw for adjusting the height.

It is quite troublesome for one person to put it on and remove it. You have to get both sides started over the windows, to keep it from falling into the boat. It should be easy for two people. It is also hard to fold neatly. However, when folded, it doesn't take up too much room. I have...

    1999 310DA - Port Impeller Change

Can't say that I've done it myself, but at least three mechanics have been able to take it off to change the impeller. I believe they detach the bracket from the block, instead of the pump from the bracket. Hope this isn't a bum steer. BTW - Also fly R/C
