So guys. It ended up being the engine coil. Funny thing is I replaced the coil with some bullshit one I found off the internet but it didn't work so I conceded and took it in to the shop. They put an OEM one in and it's ran like it's usual smooth self for 6 hours now. Thanks for all the input fellas

After you take off the seat support and remove the manifold, not that bad. Trying to reinstall the manifold while keeping the new gasket in place was the biggest pain. So with your headless bolt trick it shouldn't be that bad.
