Has anyone replaced a hot water heater on a 93' 400EC ? can it be done without removing the starboard engine?- oldblueeyes

Good Day, I have a 1993 400EC that was just surveyed by the buyers marine surveyor. The surveyor found moisture, via moisture meter, in the port fuel tank paltform. A sounding ,ballpeen hammer, by him, according to him indicates a problem. All other survey items were excellent, stringers...- oldblueeyes
