So I moved the alternator and power steering pump by loosening the brackets. Got the belt repaired. Moved the alternator and power steering pump back and tightened both down. Fired up the engine and all looks good. Splash later in the week. Thanks to everybody for all the help.

Do I need a jack to hold the engine? And the photo says to remove the bock with a press. I only have hand tools.

I'll try this tomorrow, it's my day off. I'll loosen the bolts. Where is the spacer block? It's my understanding that when the spacer block is removed the belts should be fairly easy to replace. ( easy for me to say, as I've never done any of this before). I just don't want to end up more...
