Depends on where you live. I pay $10 (cash) a foot, hull only. Save me a lot of time and he does a fantastic job. He does in one day what takes me a week to do.

Don't cheap out on something that is designed to save your life.

When I was replacing mine it was recommend not to use the 8 Plait because it was not compatible with my windless.

Clean up the seal and then lightly put some vaseline or zipper lube on the seal. The seal is probably dry.

Last thing to do before I splash is replace the zincs. So I am all done except the port prop zinc When I pulled the prop off the zinc was gone bolts were snapped off. So here is my problem cann't get the snapped bolts out and so I cann't put a new zinc on. Should I leave it off as all the other...
