What's this? A 650 Fly possibly? A spotting of an elusive vessel!

Mike,

You shaved for the photo shoot!

Hey Capt Rusty, No stops in CT? We'll be out and about on the sound around the fourth as well. Haven't quite decided between Block Island and Newport RI for the fourth just yet. Would love to catch-up somewhere along the way.

Hey Rusty, You're going to my OLD stomping grounds. Grew up just up that hill. The MarineMax location is where an home heating oil business was. Friend of mine's father owned it and then he took it over. Guess the waterfront property was more valuable than the business.

Damn, this is what I get for not checking this thread more often. I was in Manhattan today just a few blocks from Chelsea Pier, wish I had known Rusty was in town (I got to spend a few hours on the 650 in Miami). How long will you be in NY, Rusty? If you're off for the weekend call my cell and I'll send a car for you to spend a day on Fire Island.

Ok read back a few pages, Rusty is on Long Island for the weekend. Bad news for me is I'll be away on the boat....though that's the good news for me too. Joe, Rusty will literally be in your backyard this weekend. You can't be more than a few miles to MarineMax Huntington.

Money shot, I win.

Now that is one nice picture!! well done

Morning Crew Mates !

Am tied up behind a gorgeous home on Long Island for today, will head to MarineMax, Huntington on Long Island tomorrow for a day and a half, then off to Boston. Mike (aka, the Turtle) was super kind to come and offer us a ride to an extremely nice dinner, thank you very much Mike!...nice picture my man!

The schedule has me heading to Boston with a stop in Newport starting on Monday. The 650 will return to Liberty Landing for the 4th and another engagement for MMax at a restaurant called The Prime probably on the 6th. We will then be headed south, back to Florida but hope to slow down as we pass Atlantic City for fuel.

If I am missing you, I am not liking it! Can for sure say we will not be traversing to the Great Lakes...oh how I wish I could, this boat is great and I will be bummed to disembark her when I reach home.

I concluded by offering a public thank you to my new hero, the guy who is keeping me smiling as I continue on this journey!
Dr. Ron Lumanchi DDS, Union NJ !!! You have restored my vigor and are now allowing me to smile wide to everyone who steps onboard. And dinner with family was the best.....The ladies in your life are living gems !!! Thank you Doc!

Capt. Rusty

A smile is a terrible thing to waste.

Brian the wife and I have an appt with Capt Rusty sat. To see the boat. If she likes it we may just order one but I think the draft is a little too much for hemlock/Zachs. So we'll see. I'd like to have dinner and drinks with the Capt at Prime but we have dinner plans already I'm more excited to see Rusty than that tub he's riding around on!!!
