I don't think I have the pressure switch on my boat, but it's a 2003. The other thing to try is to take a real close look at all the fittings. Make sure they are all seated properly. I don't know if you have the same Seatech fittings as my boat, but I replaced all around the hot water heater with brass fittings. You can see before and after at this link: http://s1357.photobucket.com/user/DanTheSaxman1/library/?sort=3&page=1
I have to agree with checking the fittings first, especially on the suction side. When I purchased my boat the pump would run constantly and the water pressure was pretty decent at the faucets. I also had no water leaks. It turned out the suction hose was not seated all the way into the fitting on top of the water tank. This caused the system to suck in a small amount of air and the pump would not make enough pressure to trip the switch. This was probably caused by the marina when the previous owner had the boat winterized. I believe they disconnected the water system at this location to push the antifreeze through.
