Here's a few choices for your underwater transom lights.... Most all of them are CRAZY expensive, but, if that's the look your going for, by all means, do it up bro! Also, these lights are MUCH LARGER than the LED's from Oznium... And, these do have to be water cooled....

Yes, there are laws that apply to the lights.... I know for sure red and blue are "A ticket waiting to happen"... Check the boating regs for your area... Looks like they differ state to state... I use my better judgment when running with mine on, and , as crazy as it sounds, have had the lights complimented on by the local authorities! But another boater, the same night, had a boat full of people, a boat full of beer and all of his LED's on (they were red), wasn't so lucky....
I spoke with him after the authorities did... They issued him a ticket for $325.00...
