Remember. the fox body "Mustang"? Yeah, Ford really did call that car a Mustang. I never forgave them for that.

We were just at Ford's Garage in Dearborn a couple of weeks ago. We used to go to the one in Brandon when we lived in Florida. The Brandon location is about half the size of Dearborn. My newest Ford just arrived after 14 months so far we love cruising with the top back. Next week it gets a 2.75” perch lift and 35” KO2’s with Fuel Ken Block wheels
I’m working on new bumpers and winch can’t wait to go wheeling….
I had an 89 5.0 GT hatch stang sorry but I still have feelings for that car.

I really like those new Broncos but just can't bring myself to buying a Ford. 3 of the 5 I have owned needed new engines before 50,000 miles and a fourth made it 70,000. The 5th was fine
Very nice. In fact, that 1 is sweet. I just could not sleep with that bicycle hanging over it.The ZL1 showed up yesterday. View attachment 134765 View attachment 134766
My brother had one of these embarrassments. Mustang was at rock bottom for this.'Tell you what; I'd take a Fox body over this melted-in-the-sun wax model of a Pinto.
Those were rough times for American cars.
Our high school auto mechanic's daughter had one. On a 302 V8, the oil filter sticks straight out the right side of the block. We were unable to remove the filter during an oil change as it ran into the frame rail before running out of threads. At the time, Ford's answer was to pull the right-hand motor mount bolt, and jack up that side of the engine. Screw that! Fram quickly came to the rescue with a slightly shorter filter that would just slide in, but the old filter had to be crushed in place just to remove it. Don't get me started on how we changed the spark plugs (hint; a hole saw was involved). The fastback Cobra II version with the 302 had some redeeming qualities.
That looks more like your type as opposed other pics you have posted.
Reminds me of Charlie's Angels...My brother had one of these embarrassments. Mustang was at rock bottom for this.
My parents owned one as well when I was a kid, Red two door coupe. Buddy of mine owned a red hatchback in high school with the 302 in it, that thing could smoke some tires. My brother had one of these embarrassments. Mustang was at rock bottom for this.
How long do you think you will own it or how quickly do you think you will sell it? ;-)My 1990 300zx twin turbo comes tomorrow. I can't wait!
