It’s sharp sir!View attachment 81470 View attachment 81471 Given we’re moving back to Florida after 19 years in Illinois I plan on buying something “more suitable” as I’m told by many.
If I do timing will be late summer to Fall but I really would prefer to just keep my boat.

Congratulations sir, hope you enjoy.Just bought my 1st boat and brought it home yesterday. 2016 270 SDX, so happy!
Reviving this thread after a few months. We just closed last week on our 450EB in the Northern California Delta. Our broker and several other brokers I spoke with said that June and July of 2020 were the busiest months they have ever had on record. I have heard the RV industry is seeing similar sales increases. The "mess" seems to have actually helped drive market demand for isolated (if you want it to be) recreation options.
Bobeast, our broker was Peter Moore at Delta Yacht Sales. He and his wife Kathleen were absolutely amazing. Sadly we are not staying in the Delta much longer. We are relocating the boat to Southern California later this month.Welcome to CSR (and to the Delta)! Was your broker named Nina?
Welcome to CSR from another Nor-Cal member. My trigger finger is itching to pull on selling the 44 and moving up but the hairs on the back of my neck are telling me to hold. The 50 + footers are not too affected by this market it seems, I might sell fast but then what? I’m glad I love our SeaRay for what it is and does. I’m gonna wait for the right boat to fall in my lap then sell the 44 and if I give up a few grand that’s ok.
Congratulations on your purchase. Hope to run into you some day.

Nina is the worst broker I have ever worked with. She was OK when buying a boat but never use her to sell a boat. And that's not just my assessment. Many others in the Delta share that sentiment.Gotcha. Nina works out of that same office. I bought my boat through them. They are an upstanding operation. My boat is there at Willow Berm as are a few others' on this site. You'd better leave soon. The Delta has a way of getting under your skin.
Welcome to CSR and congratulations on your purchase! We were just up at Willow Berm for an overnighter and love the accommodations. We are in Benicia with our 44DB but get up to the Delta a few times through out the year. Maybe we will run in to you some time.Just joined the site....my first post. Was reading this thread and had to chime in.
We just bought our 98 Sundancer 450 a couple months ago, we are on R dock at Willow Berm (love Willow Berm!). Nina was our broker, she is an incredible person and very knowledgeable, and with the bonus of that British accent! Peter is awesome too, as is the whole Delta sales team. So glad to see there are others on this site close by...
Shoyrtt, I think we may have looked at the boat you bought. Was it over at Ox Bow, if so it’s a beautiful boat and almost had us change directions in the middle of our escrow.
