HOLY CRAP. I grew up in Saginaw, MI and while I remember some heavy snows and cold weather I don't think I ever saw them this late. I do, however, recall one Halloween when we got several inches of snow.
I like our temps much better.

Sunday April 10, 2016 Oxford, MI an hour south of Saginaw. Accumulating snow isn't unusual through about the third week of April although it's always gone within a few days.

Will be on the water as soon as I can close on my boat! The way I look at it, the perfect way to Social Distance! Don't figure I can bring the boat back home until mid-May, even if I can close the deal, so I believe we will be back to at least being partially open by then.

I usually would be at the marina getting the boat ready. The boat is at Lakefront Marina in Port Clinton Ohio. Looking at the weather I will stay in Fort Myers Beach Florida till May. Weather here is warmer than normal for this time of year, although it is still better then what is up north. Looks like some severe winds going to hit that area Sunday through Monday.

Hey Golfman - I just spoke with Oscar @ Skipper Buds. He told me the marina is trying to open on May 1st and they will notify us how the process will work. They might just simply put my boat in the water and move it directly to my slip and notify me it is done.
They are still working from home at this time however...
Hopefully Pritzker will allow it May 1. But I'm not holding out hope. I still need time to wax it. But I am lucky, it goes on the lift truck and only takes 5 min. to launch.

If you put a pic in your signature...you don't have the option of turning it on and off ...and we like pictures.... at least @sbw1 changed his sig from his winter one he had for a couple of years
