Windlass Switch Not Getting Power

Need some help here. I have a switch at the panel that is not getting power. This is the rocker switch that powers on the anchor, not the up and down switch. I am getting a good ground to the switch, but can't get power. If I jumper power to the switch, that does not work either-meaning the led will not light and I can't work the anchor up down switch. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a fuse somewhere I need to be checking? I have not found one yet and of course it is a maze of wires I will be working through.

Look in the cockpit locker. Port side with the batery switches

Thanks PMC. That was it. I was looking at the the rocker switch fuses and labels. Totally missed the BIG RED BUTTON right in the middle that is labeled Windlass......DOH!

Update:

I replaced the solenoid and this solved my problem. The switch would remain on (lit at the helm). The unit is from Intellitec. Works perfectly now.....
