Would be very costly and not worth it imo.I believe those are Livorsi controls. Considered premium by most standards. Give them a chance and learn to use them.
Once you get use to them i think you will prefer them. Enjoy your new SR.

I changed them out of my 340da and it worked great. I don’t remember exact cost but it was only $300-$400 for controls and 4-6hrs of labor.

to accomplish that. The Livorsi controls have a unique layout. Not sure if there is a all in one set up for those. That is a very nice modification. I can see where combined with outdrives would be easier.

 

I priced Livorsi’s for the 280. At the time they did not make a single lever throttle/shift handle control. I don’t know if they have changed that position.

The other thing is unless you can find what you need at some place like Great Lakes Skipper, the retail is about $1500- $2000 plus per engine depending on the amount of options and bling. That was just for the handles, new cables and installation has to be figured in as well.

I can understand the desire to change. The new boat has single throttle/shift handles along with the joystick. So technically we have two sets of controls one for driving and the other for docking.

The smartcraft screen isn't working so I was thinking about replacing it with a Raymarine Axiom 9" touchscreen. Does anyone foresee any problems installing it here? I was reading Jeremy's post on his helm remodel and he used Merc's gateway adapter so I'm assuming it would work for me.
