Very common feature. All units are shipped that way.

 

Are these still in production? Went to refer a friend but the site appears to be down for a while now.

Thanks for the post guys. I came to the realization that the prices that I could get for the units were not worth the aggravation and time it took to actually manufacture and ship them. Its as simple as that.
It is a great product. Works as it should. Made to last. You can take the ones you bought and have them reproduced at a machine shop. Maybe 1 day???

 

What are/were they? I want to know what I missed.

Not without modifying the chock itself by removing the part thar goes in the channel

If I get enough interest, at some point, I'll start making them again. But you guys wouldn't believe the number of e-mails I received telling me that they weren't worth what I was charging. But I never got that type of e-mail from someone who purchased them. That's for sure.

How does the long square rod attach to the chocks, it looks like they would be drilled and tap for threads? Mine are solid.

 

Yes, what I sell you is the lower sqaure adjustable length connecting backbone along with two new T-bars that are tapped. the T-bars will also have locking Mechanisms at each end.

 

I bought these (kept my stock slides) but I love these. They make it very easy to get on and off. Well worth the $$$.

New guy here with a 2007 48 Sundancer. Anyone know the best way to remove the factory chocks on the swim platform? Ive loosened the 2 bolts, and neither the bolts nor the chock in the track will slide out. Is this simply taking a 2x4 with a sledgehammer or is there something I'm overlooking? Any help appreciated.

 

You got it. Got to whack it good with a 2x4. But be careful, they sometimes can be whacked right out and into the water. Also, once the chock is further enough out, the bolt can fall straight out and into the water too. Crazy design.
