Preferrably you'd like them in the boat! If you place them on the dock, they don't have much of an impact while you're out on the lake.

 

Well if you live on a small lake and the speakers are loud enough...... :grin:


I agree with under the port side dash. I may do the same as well this season. My stereo needs an upgrade for sure!

 

Wish I could help out, but I don't know the layout of your boat and do not know what's behind it. If you can, just imagine where you would like to put it and see how much room you have behind it. Try to visualize how you would do the wirings, placing the amp and so forth.

 

My buddie's '94 240 BR has a sub under the port side dash...any room there ?

 

I suggest going to www.navshack.com to get technical help with your stereo system. Their website has a lot of marine electronics technical help on it and they say you can email their technicians for free advice. I don't know where you should put the sub, but I know from personal experience that Poly-Planar is an excellent brand for marine stereo stuff.

 

I am not sure of the configuration of the sea ray you have but below is the picture of one of the 10 inch subs that I put in the cobalt. There is another one that mirrors the one pictured on the port side.
