It really depends on sea conditions, state of engine tune, and whether or not you plot a route and adhere to it with an autopilot. Multiply your gallons per hour burn rate times hours for route time and add 40 minutes for reserve and you will be close. Big following seas require lots of fuel. Light chop with minimal following sea is best.
