my 95 330 DA did not have a sink in the cockpit, Over the winter I decide to add this to my boat

I bough the following parts:

sink, faucet, 1/2 inch quick connect tee, FPT connecter, 3/4 drain hose, 3/4 tee,1/2 inch pipe

I started by cutting in the sink with a rotozip.
then followed up by fitting in sink and cutting in hole for faucet
once this was done I tried to find a way to run pipe from bilge to cabinet with sink, could not find an easy way so I drilled a hole to bilge
ran the pipe to bilge and cut the cold water supply and put a tee in place
I then connected that to the pipe.

I then conencted pipe to faucet
put the drain in sink
and connected to existing drain from the storage compartment
sealed up all holes with 4200 and done

total time about 3 hours

Its actually supposed to be an icebucket kind of thing. If you look underneath you will see it is insulated. I usually throw a layer of ice in it an keep a few cans cool in it. Truth be told its kind of useless. Its too small. There may be an idea to use the space for something else though. Might be able to cut out the space and put in a waste basket?

I like the idea of removing the ice tray cooler and fitting a trash basket down there. I have been using the ice tray as a trash bin anyway, but it would be nice to get a bigger (taller one) in there. Thanks for the idea.
