The one shown in the Pic is the Dometec CRX (available from West Marine). We bought the black front, AC/DC model. About $1,200 on sale. Fit like a glove after two 1/2-3/4 shims on each side. The flange covered them perfectly. Also, needed a shim to level from front to back.

I believe the Vitrifrigio has larger interior, but we wanted a physical location in case we had problems.

Apologies, not Dometic, IsoTherm.

Has anyone swapped out their battery charger? I recently put in a ProNautic 1230. After an easy install, it self tested good on start up and seemes to be working perfectly on the port bank (start n house) and the starboard bank. It doesn't seem to be doing anything for the generator battery, which is a brand new battery this year. Was wondering if any of you have encountered this issue. I seem to remember reading about this issue but can't find the post. TIA for any help or suggestions.

I just found the thread I was looking for -
http://clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/340-sundancer-help-question.112299/#post-1391393

Specifically post 14 n 15 apply to me, as I'm thinking I have 2 leads on the port bank (start n house batteries) and 1 lead in the strbd bank as indicated in the post. I'm still a bit confused as how to rewire the charger to get the generator battery tied into the system correctly. I reached out to SeeYa Ray for details.

New to the Club. Just purchased a 2000 340.

We live in Portland OR. Sea Ray is at Lake Union WA.

Just had a custom trailer built to haul. Hoping I am under 15’ once radar is removed.

Any towing tips. Mainly I-5 Freeway.

Curious, what is in the hole at the center of the bottom dash

Good luck - We bought the same boat in March of last year. Advice - Read all of these 150 pages. They are a wealth of information you won't find anywhere else.

Curious: What do you/they put in the center of the bottom dashboard where the Raydata was (silver bezel between the switches).

Also curious: How many batteries do you have? We have 4.

I get the keys tomorrow, I will take a closer look and take a photo and post it

This is the custom trailer we had made for it. We hope to rent it out when not using as we keep our Sea Ray in front of our Floating Home on the Columbia River.

our 2000 340 has 4 in the engine room and 1 under the seat behind the helm seat all size 27.
My 2001 has 4, 2 for house and port motor, 1 for stbd, 1 for gene. Curious what the one under the seat is for? I looked at a 330 that had a battery (maybe 2?) there, but never saw on a 340.

Back in the water and connected to electric today!

When I switch on the "Outlets" circuit breaker I get the cabin vacuum turning on for a second or two - and then turning off... I switched off the breaker right away concerned that I may have a bad wire somewhere - but now that I'm home and thinking about it, I'm wondering...

Is this normal?

Thanks,

On my 380, does the same thing
