We were docked next to these this past weekend while in DC: https://floatdc.com/

I was impressed, look like fun. However, we saw many with 6+ people on them, and lots and lots of drunks coming back to the docks, some falling down drunk, literally. Oh well.

At our marina there has been a "tiki hut" floating bar that they started up last year. They just go out for a bit and drink, alot sometimes. At first the guests parked at the marina, think there were some possible legal issues with drunks driving out of the parking lot. Then they started picking up at the public ramp next door, the local LEO asked not to do so. So they are moving and we have a floating burger boat coming in. My dock neighbor said he will miss the bachelorette trips.....I'm looking forward to a burger.

I feel lucky………. It was only five.

Ugly little "boats". I guess for a non-boater that wanted to rent one for a few hours, it would be fine.

Did you notice only one person had a PFD in the pictures and looked like none readily available. Speed certainly would not enter into the equation if there was an accident.
