2024 Ft Lauderdale Air Show

Anyone planning on coming? We will be anchoring up Friday afternoon in Sunrise Bay to spend the night for the Saturday show. Right now I have 2 boats confirmed.

I won't be at that airshow, but will be down a couple weeks later for the one in Miami (South Beach). My son will be flying again for the Army Special Forces (Green Berets) demonstrations, his unit will be flying the blackhawks that they jump and repel out of for the simulated hostage rescue. It's the only chance we get to see them fly...

I've been waiting and watching... looks like pretty favorable seas this weekend, so if it holds we'll anchor off the beach - North side of the event.
I really enjoyed hanging with you and Alex last year but it limits us to not bringing additional guests as it becomes just too long of a trip. Enjoy the show!

Understood… Kind of wondering about the show itself this year myself. The line up is not fantastic nor are there a lot of performers. But the weather looks fantastic. I would go outside but the keep pushing that line further east I think we are closer to the action in the lake vs being in the ocean. As well as we would not be able to raft out there and that is half the fun. Got 4 boats as of now.

Nice. Agreed, always down for a raft up!
We have a group that has never been so they should enjoy it. I don't recall seeing the Ghost squad so hopefully they are cool. Guess we'll find out.
