Bush River on the Cheasapeake Bay
Boat Info
1996 EC, Garmin 3210, Dinghy - Seadoo Jet boat with twin 85 horse. Fun and Fast.
Engines
7.4 MC 360 HP each
Westerbeke 7KW
Ok not much data as this was our first weekend on the boat.

At 1200 RPM we were running about 9.2MPH
At 2200 RPM we were running about 19.2
at 3200 RPM we were running about 25.4
At 3300 RPM we hit 26MPH

I really have nothing to bounce those number off as prior to Zyrex I only ran the boat one day at 10 MPH.
Plan to do a better test this coming weekend.

Joe - Do you have any pics of the bottom prior to splashing? I'd like to see the finished Zyrex look.

Type in Zyrex in the search area of the General Discussion area. I think the top two that come up will be Zyrex paint speed and Zyrex bottom coating. On pages 3 and 4 are pictures of Old Vets boat with a blue bottom and on page 7 are pics of my boat after two coats.

270,I'am taking the plunge .Hauling my boat this weekend or first part of the week Using a Co. called Eco-Strip,I saw some of there work today they were working on a 70' Hatteras SF The work was perfect to say the least, they use "volcanic purmice",mixed with water to blast the bottom, what a nice finish!.ready for paint. They tent around the whole boat just above the water line inflate it with fans it blows up so that you can walk under the whole boat to work, and cut to that line. the cut is less than sand and more than soda,it looks just right, and feel's great, they don't get one oz. of dust out side of the tent, zero on the boats topside they also do all the underwater rigging, struts, shafts, rudders,Intakes and trim tabs. I talked to Steve and Michelle today for about 45min. and found out all needed to Know about Zyrex ,very nice people, small business people trying to get up and live the American Dream. How's your boat doing?...Rip

Please make sure you take plenty of pics before and after and provide before and after engine RPM & Speed info so we can use your info for evaluation benefit and thanks in advance for taking the time and make the plung.
