Any suggestions on a lubricant to help with zippers on older canvas? Thanks, Dixie

welcome to the board Dixie :smt001

http://clubsearay.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9557 is about snaps and some zipper talk but most will apply to both... beeswax is the old standby, but there are lots of new products out there. I think that is the thread that even has a free offer link in it.

Try Pledge furniture spray, but spray only the zippers not the canvas.

zipper lubricant, or vaseline sparingly. I use the skinny tube of zipper lubricant, not much. I really havent used it on the zippers though. only on the track when reinstalling the canvas after winter storage.
