I just got a new 320 and am looking into getting a tube/towable toy for the kids (6 & 10). What do you like and what works well?

I was thinking something like this:

or like this:

You are going to be pulling them behind a 320?? Hope they like wakes, now where is that pictures with the kids and cat on a tube(Grin)

I think your kids will like the dual one.
My cousin has the "Chariot" by Sportstuff.

It can be towed in either direction and works very well.

My neighbor has a 3 seater and it also keeps the kids nestled in there well.

........or if they haven't cleaned their rooms put them on this. My cousin had it and we tested it out(with he and I not the kids) before they were banned/recalled

This is probably one of the most common questions I am asked at the store. Being as you have a 6 year old, I'd stay away from the circular ones (or anything) that doesn't have an inflatable bottom. Without that, he/she won't be able to sit inside it very well. We sell a decent amount of the double one you have pictured there, but make sure they sit all the way back. I've had some experiences where small kids don't have enough weight to keep the back end down and the front of tube dives under the water as you start pulling them. That can be a little bit scary!

Check out http://www.sportsstuff.com/ for some more ideas. In particular, their new "Doable" line. I like the horseshoe shaped ones - where the back is open so it makes entry from the water very easy. There Doable line can be towed nice and easy, but they also have fins on the bottom (and the rope attaches closer to the center of the tube) to allow steering.

The Air Chair.
My Cousin has one of those too. They're pretty fun and not as bad as you think. It is a very strange sensation once the board part comes off the water and all you're on is the foil.

It becomes very quiet.

My kids love this one from WM - but we're looking to get something different for this year since they are a little older. I like the side by side 2 seaters.

I have one of the HO double towables...like the one pictured on the left. I have pulled it behind my 300DA....and there is a huge wake....but everyone has loved it. I have also messed with my trim tabs while pulling the tube and can get a spray that hits right in front of the tube. Even though I have pulled behind my 300DA, I most generally pull behind my Sea Doo.

One think I like about the double over the single tube, is our double has a padded bottom. We have had a single tube in the past, and it beats your butt to death.
