I origianlly posted this in announcements so Ifigured I better put it in the right place...:smt001
Hi all,
I just wanted to introduce our family and boat as new members. My name is Glen and with my wife Natalie and our 2 teenagers - Mary & Will we boat on Lake Huron, calling Bayfield our home port (on the Canadian side of the lake).
We just bought a 1997 Searay 400 Sundancer. This is our first Sea-Ray....in fact our first power-boat. We have sailed for 16 years (4 sail boats from 27 ft - 36 ft) but decided a change was in order and fell in love with the Sundancer when we stepped aboard.
She will actually be delivered Aug 14th to the marina and launched.
I am sure I will be asking for a lot of advise (and asking some pretty dumb questions) in the coming years as I learn about this boat - the systems are way more involved than our 36 ft sailboat. looking forward to the rest of the season
