Generally speaking, the marina that lifts your boat, can transport it and shore it up. Depending on your marina's facilities, you could store inside cold, inside heated, or outside. A trailer is not needed.
I store inside cold, and when I'm ready to commission in the spring, I give the marina a call and they'll set my boat outside where I can work on in until it is ready to launch. Once I needed to do some work on her in the fall and the marina set my boat in a temporary area until my work was completed and then put her in the barn for the winter.

Trailer home axles aren't good for over the road use. Don't know what you will be doing with this trailer, but for a bit more than $5k I bought a brand new triple axle aluminum I beam Venture trailer for my 300DA that is great for on road as well as yard use. Was in the low $6K range, built just for me.
