I need a Velvet Drive transmission for a 7.4 Mercruiser set up.
20-02-003
Ratio 1.50:1

this is for a 1998 Sea Ray 330 DA.
I also need an underside cover the pulpit if anyone is parting one out.

I’m still looking for this bottom cover/insert for a pulpit. It’s plastic type material. It’s a 330, but similar years and models would be worth measuring. If you have a part out, I am also still possibly looking for the canvas. Mine is so brittle, something to get by a season would help. Transmission was rebuilt locally.

Still need this pulpit piece. It’s the size of the bottom of the pulpit. Sea Ray stopped manufacturing this piece and it retails for $500, so if you have it I can make it worth your time.

Ouch! What happened?

What are the dimensions?
28”x33”x2 ~
The curve comes in 7”

PN
#780429 insert 330da 95 bow pulpit (vac-formed)

I talked to a friend that does product development. He said it’s pretty big for standard 3D print.
I’m looking at a slab of plastic to ground out, but it will be heavy or the plasTEAK guys. still in search for factory or something better.

For something like this I would grab a piece of 3’x3’ starboard and start shaping it to fit. This looks to be just a decorative piece?

With that said, I could probably print this for you. It would be broken up into a 4x4 grid of 16 pieces and you would have to glue them together.

I need more details about how it interfaces with the bow, the curve of the bow and the size/location of the anchor pass thru. Would be best if you had a photo of it removed and taken from directly overhead so I could get a good outline of it.

this would not be a structural part unless you reinforced it somehow. You could probably skin this with a couple layers of fiberglass once you glue it together.
