I neef the power supply for my fridge..... I've been searching for months and months and can't even find a dealer to sell me one. . The fridge gets ice cold on 12v but nothing on 110.. somebody has to have one or can point me in the right direction? Thanks:smt089:smt021:smt100:smt017:smt017

I have a extra brand new additional one, I will check tomorrow to see if its compatible with your unit and let you know.

Pall it is is a converter/transformer. Technically you would just need an appropriately sized one and wire it up. I have a different suggestion. Why not just run it off your batteries? Any time you have 110v, your batteries should be getting charged, so why not?

Personally, if I have to replace the Nevercold, I am just going to replace it with a 12v only system. It seems kind of pointless to have to converters on the boat, when they are not redundant AND one works better than the other.

I actually did that all last summer. I unplugged the 110 side at the outlet because every time I would supply 110 to the fridge it would shut down. But towards the end of the summer the fridge would intermittently shut down even on 12v. I would just turn the fridge off then back on and it would work again. Could that b another issue other than the power supply?

That I don't know, but with the issues that Norcold fridges have, there is probably a thread on it. If you can't find that issue in the forum, I would post the symptoms in the General Maintenance/Repair Questions section. You will get a lot of responses there.

Crap,i just removed mine last weekend it had a hole in the freezer plate, wonder if it got hauled to the dumpster yesterday.I will try to call the marina today and see.Glen

I just tossed mine a few weeks ago, had it sitting on my work bench since last August. Since everyone hates Norcold I didn't think anyone would want it, still have the door because I put a stainless panel on it, probably going to toss that as well (since everyone hates Norcold)

That would b amazing if it was still there! If it is and u remove the power supply could u take off the thermostat control with the switch to?

If you are talking about the door gasket, then yes, it sealed very well.

I smash my hands all the time and never broke anything, just thought i bruised the bone again. But now it still hurts 24/7 and my first two fingers are acting wierd.Doc says broken fragments causing microbursts of pain and trigger finger in both now from overusing second finger.I couldnt take time off in the winter when we are swamped,i get paid commision and cant pass up 10g a month for a sore hand.

Just Google the part number and manufacturer for the power supply and you will find them cheap. I found one for a friend in 2 minutes. Easy to replace too.
