Wire routing on 98-290 DA

[Good Grief]

I want to run some wires (AM/FM antennae, XM, amplifier power, amplifier speaker outs) to the stereo on the boat and am trying to figure out how to gain acces to the helm side of the cable area. I can get wires to the helm but from there into the cabin is proving difficult. Any suggestions or experience?
