I need to pull the headliner down I think to access the hoses that connect to the fluid "dispensers" forward of the windshield. Any thoughts on that? Also the motor that pulls the water from the tank? I'm guessing it's up above the headliner, but damned if I know how to get the headliner down to check. Nothing audible when I press the switch.

Call SR before you start messing with anything. The factory can tell you where things are and how to go about fixing it.

On my 360, the windshield washer valve is plumbed in with the cockpit sink on the port side, accessible through a storage cabinet aft of the sink.

Most likely, the water comes from your fresh water tank, there should be a solenoid that is activated when you hit the switch. You would need to have your fresh water pumps on.

I'm bringing down my videoscope and check it out. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll keep all posted as well.

Okay...On my 500 DA, the wiper fluid solenoid is located behind an access panel under the galley sink. This weekend I’ll have to ream out holes to grab the hoses and reconnect to squirters cuz those are all above the headliner and not accessible.

Update: I didn’t need to ream holes. Access to port squirter above speaker box port side (removed speaker cover with blunt kitchen knife), center squirter behind panel (center dash, easy access), STBD unfortunately needed to take some staples out of headliner. Squirter is just forward of stbd most ceiling light. I disassembled and soaked fluid solenoid brass in SEW clean and now it works like a champ. Do not ream holes like I did as this isn’t necessary.
