Wiper Blade Info Inside (1984 260 Sundancer)

Ive seen on this board before people (including myself) asking about replacement wiper blades for their older Sea Ray.

For the last month, Ive had such a headache trying to find them. I tried vendors, local stores, trucking companies, West Marine, even Sea Ray. Either it wasn't available, expensive (over $50), or a vendor didnt want to be bothered to check the blade to confirm what we needed in order to mount it.

I should have just taken a pic of the center of the blade and post it here. But I already put them on the boat. So let me describe it as general as possible.

For anyone that needs the 22 inch flat wiper blade where the center has the 'hole' (where you place on your wiper arm then screw in), I found them online. I bought two pairs and received them yesterday and they were EXACTLY what I needed.

The blade you want is the Anco 51-22 blade. I bought them online at Woody's Auto Supply for $5.39 each. Here's the link for the item.

If you need a different size, Im sure they have it. But for my 260Sundancer, these blades were perfect. And for $5 a blade, you cant go wrong.

My '01 410 DA has wipers that Sea Ray purchased from Diesel Equipment in Greensboro, NC. I had a pivot shaft freeze and the folks there are VERY helpful in finding the proper replacement parts and blades.

Thanks for the information. I need to replace both my blades on my wipers and will try to find these blades. I also heard that some will charge up to $50 for 1 wipe, that is insane but for under $6, that is good info! Thanks!

Thanks for doing the legwork! How did you determine that it was correct? I didn't see a picture or description on the link. But then again I'm on dial up so ...

Any body in Ohio who needs these blades can go to your local Napa Auto Parts, and they have the blades also, had the same problem for my 225cc, went to Boaters World, and West Marine with no luck..... just my 2 cents....... robert

Can anyone provide a picture of where the wiper is mounted on an 88 Seville. I would like to install a wiper but am not sure where to drill the hole. Thanks
Also, anyone know where old SeaRay part numbers can be located (ie:Windshield wiper)
