Going to begin the winterizing process soon. I have not done this boat before and will be doing it this year.

My question is the engines, do you just shut off the seacock and pull the sea strainer and dump the antifreeze in? I guess the engine will pull it in and circulate it.

How many gallons would be needed for the 7.4 mercruiser?

I also guess you just watch for the antifreeze to be expelled thru the exhaust and the engine is good to go.

This being so, is the generator and A/C unit done the same way?

Thanks for all your help

Are they fresh or raw water cooled?

not really
you need to pull all of the block and manifold drains and remove the water
if you just pour it through you will end up with diluted antifreeze.
the genset and ac will have system drains also

The engine block is a sealed unit with antifreeze like an automobile. The raw water pick up is only for cooling the engines antifreeze and exhaust system. The engines are inboard with V-drives.
