First time boat owner, I need to know how to winterize my 190 B/W. Its going to be covered, but I need to know what bases to cover. Thanks for all your help.

Covered? Indoors covered or out in the frozen tundra covered? I am also a first time boat owner. I have been looking into this subject because mine will be outside,under a carport(my poor boat). What my plan is:
1. Wash,wax shampoo carpets,clean bilge area,cover powerplant w/WD40.
2. drain cooling system,fill with RV antifreeze.
3. Fog engine.
4. fill fuel tank,add fuel stabilizer.
5. change engine oil and filter.
6. Remove and store battery,attatch batt. maintainer.
7. Remove cushions and seats-send out for reupholstering.
8. Install de-humidifier.
9. Install pest control device.
10.Remove and store prop,grease splines.
11.Remove radio.
12.Install cover.
Please note that I am no expert. Anyone who wants to chime in with suggestions or corrections,please do so.

Why would you remove radio???
Why would you remove prop???
Not sure how much good a de-humidifier is going to do on an outside stored boat???
