I used the airpump to blow the water out of the heat exchangers...I could only get one of the two green indicators to pop out on both engines...any advice on next steps to ensure properly completed?

There is a blue plug at the bottom of the engine that comes from the sea strainer. Undo that plug the rest of the water will drain out (there may be other blue drain plugs so pull those too just to be sure all the water is out). Pull the drain plug on your sea strainer, and also drain the sea cock with the little brass plug at the bottom next to the handle (with the seacock closed of course).

Then drain your mufflers with the little screw plug on the bottom of both mufflers. Once those are drained, it can drop well below freezing without worry to your engines because there wont be any more water in your system. After i did all of that, i put antifreeze into the system by starting the engines. When pink was coming out of the exhaust ports, i shut them down and now i wont have to worry about rust. Hope this helps :)
