Winter storage damage

I have a brother-in law who owns a 1990 220cc ( my old boat). The roof of the private building where he keeps it in the winter collapsed in his section. The port side windshield frame is bent and the "glass" has broken along with some of the bow rail being bent. This is just the preliminary inspection as I was told. My question is there a source for the windshield frame anymore and how would you handle the bow rail situation as far as a repair or replacement is concerned. He has made the call to the dealer already and was told parts are not available. Does anyone have any ideas or sources ? Thanks
