The two hour drive up to the boat made this job take a little longer but the flooring is all done. On my 2001 340 the area under the cabinet and fridge was a little tricky. The floor angles up under the toe kick so I wasn't able to run the ridged flooring over it. I ended up making a back plate that came down in front of the angle. Plasteak sells a vinyl panel that matches the flooring that I used to cover the back board with. For the trim around the outer edge I used 3/4"x1/2" bull nose flex trim. The natural color matched the holly in the flooring. All I did with molding was glued it in place with clear slow curing gorilla glue. This model 340 has a awkward step getting in and out of the head so I made a small step to match the flooring. I also replace the carpet covered storage door with solid cherry ones if you look close at the doors you can see the molding.
