The windshield assembly on my 1973 SeaRay 240HT was manufactured by Taylormade. I have reached out to them for replacement window gaskets without any success. They say they do not have them anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions of other resources they can recommend. I can send more pictures and sketch of gasket material if helpful.

Unfortunately, this is pretty common. As the boats gets older, it can get harder and harder to find parts. It's not like cars/trucks where there was a million of them made (which translates into a lucrative aftermarket business). At some point, it doesn't make much business 'cents' to stock (or make) items that might get sold once every few years.

You can try googling 'marine salvage yards' and maybe get lucky. You can also try a place called American Marine. They might have something that's close enough. Another possibility is Taco Marine.

Thanks for the info. Greatly appreciated. I will give them a try!

look at JC Whitney
