Windshield blades

Does anyone actually use the windshield wipers???

Unless your sitting , which i rarely ever do...i see them useless:huh:
so why did i buy new wipers today??

know why?? because the port wiper blade is bent and the starboard wipers rubber is hanging off

Now i have 2 brand new blades and have not a clue how to mount them:huh:
but once i do, i'll be ready in case the day comes i need to depend on them :thumbsup:

I replaced mine last week with similar ones from an auto parts store. 10 bucks each. They work perfectly, and were very easy to replace (one nut - don't drop the washer nozzle which is held in place with the same nut and bolt).

Mine were falling apart, and with a 4 day Erie Canal cruise last week, I didn't want to be in the narrow canal without working wipers in case of rain.

Bill, the blade is held on by the same J hook that is used on autos. Very easy to replace. I've used my wipers a few times....it beats sticking your head outside the camper top during a down pour.
